HOW LASER TATTOO REMOVAL WORKS
WHY CHOOSE LASER TATTOO REMOVAL?

TARGETED TREATMENT
Laser energy is directed toward tattoo pigment while minimizing unnecessary exposure to the surrounding skin.

CUSTOMIZED TO YOUR TATTOO
Treatment settings and recommendations are based on factors including your tattoo’s colors, size, location, age, pigment density and your skin characteristics.

PROGRESSIVE FADING
You don’t necessarily have to remove every trace of your tattoo. Laser treatments can also be used to lighten existing ink before a tattoo cover-up, giving your tattoo artist more flexibility with the new design.
Laser tattoo Removal FAQ
WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT AFTER TREATMENT?
Temporary redness, swelling, tenderness, whitening or other changes to the treated area can occur following laser tattoo removal. Blistering or crusting may also occur as the area heals.
You’ll receive aftercare instructions designed to protect the treated skin and support proper healing. It’s important to follow those instructions and avoid picking or disrupting the healing skin.
CAN ALL COLORS BE REMOVED?
Different ink colors and pigments respond differently to laser wavelengths. Some colors may respond more readily than others, while certain pigments can be more resistant.
We’ll evaluate the colors in your tattoo during your consultation and discuss what you can reasonably expect.
WILL MY TATTOO DISAPPEAR COMPLETELY?
Not necessarily. Some tattoos respond extremely well to treatment, while others may retain residual pigment even after multiple sessions.
Our goal is to give you an honest assessment before beginning rather than promise a specific degree of removal.
CAN I GET A NEW TATTOO OVER THE AREA?
Often, complete removal isn’t necessary when the goal is a cover-up. Strategic fading may give your tattoo artist a better canvas for creating new artwork. We’ll discuss your goal when planning your treatment.
